What Is A Will?
A Will is a legal document declaring a person's wishes regarding the disposal of their property when they die. A Will is also used to determine:
- Who will manage your affairs after your death (see Executorship)
- Who will look after your children (guardianship)
- Who with inherit your family heirlooms/ legacies
- Gifts to charities
- Your funeral wishes
A Will is also commonly known as a 'Last Will and Testament'.
